Does it need an internet connection?

It requires an internet connection to download your tariff and usage data, receive software updates, and allow you to monitor and control it remotely via the app.

If the connection is interrupted, the ZEB is designed to be resilient and will continue to run on its existing schedule until the connection is restored. You can connect it to the internet using either 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi or a wired Ethernet cable, depending on what is available in your home.
