Do I need to change anything in my home (retrofit) to have a ZEB?

You won’t need to make major changes to your home to install a ZEB, it connects to your existing heating system and controls. You will, however, need a hot water tank or alternative hot water solution if you don’t already have one. Some of these options can be found here.

The ZEB is suitable for homes with annual heating demand up to 12,000kWh and a heat loss of under 5kW.
