How do I update my tariff?
How to update your electricity tariff via the tepeo app.
If you change your electricity tariff, for example at the end of a fixed-term contract or you find a better deal, it's important that it's updated it in the tepeo App so your ZEB knows when it’s best to charge - especially if you are on Smart Charging.
Steps to update your tariff:
1. Open the tepeo app
2. Open the 'Menu' drop down (Three lines icon at the top left of the screen)
3. Select Tariff Settings
4. Select 'Change details'
5. Select 'Region' - This is based on where you live and can be confirmed via your supplier
6. Select your 'Energy supplier' (If they are not listed, please select 'Other Supplier' and enter your tariff rates as provided by the supplier).
7. Select 'Tariff' and press 'Continue'
8. Check all the details are correct - some suppliers have lots of tariffs with slight differences in the name. Once you are confident, select 'Confirm'.
