How do I update my network settings?

Changing Your ZEB Network Connection

You can update your network connection through ZEB Settings in the Tepeo App. Follow these steps:

  1. Select Update Network from the left-hand menu.

  2. Follow the App prompts to enable Bluetooth and pair with your ZEB.

  3. Once paired, choose your preferred network setup:

    • Wireless (Wi-Fi)

    • Wired (Ethernet)

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

  5. Verify the updated connection under the Status tab on the home screen by scrolling to the bottom.

Tip: After changing your network, ensure Wi-Fi strength is optimal (Excellent or Good) for reliable operation.

Still experiencing an issues?

Your ZEB is designed to work solely on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band so you'll need to ensure your broadband router and mobile smart device are both connected to the 2.4 GHz band during setup. Read though this article for guidance on how to investigate and set this up correctly for your ZEB.
