      Why is my ZEB charging while I’m in Away Mode?

      Your ZEB might charge whilst in ‘Away Mode’ if

      1. you have activated ‘Boost Charge’ via the App or the Comms Box or;
      2. if your thermostat has called for heat to protect your pipes from freezing (we call this charging ‘Frost Protection’).
