Why is my ZEB charging while I’m in Away Mode?

Your ZEB may charge in Away Mode if Boost Charge or Frost Protection is activated.

Your ZEB may still charge while in Away Mode if:

  • Boost Charge has been activated via the Tepeo App or the Comms Box.

  • Frost Protection is active, either because your thermostat calls for heat to protect pipes or the ZEB’s own automatic Frost Protection has engaged to maintain a safe minimum temperature.
