Why does the ZEB sometimes charge at peak times (when on any of the charging styles)?

If you are on ‘Smart’ or ‘Basic Charging’, on cold days the ZEB will do a full charge and might also need a top up charge during peak times to ensure you have enough heat for the whole day.

If you are on ‘Custom Charging’, you control when the ZEB charges and if there is unexpected charging at peak times, you should review your ‘Custom Charging’ schedule.
