Why did my Boost Charge stop/pause?

Boost Charge stops automatically after 30 minutes, when the ZEB is full, or during high discharge to ensure efficient energy use.

Boost Charge will automatically pause or stop in the following situations:

30 Minutes has elapsed - Once 30 minutes has elapsed the boost automatically stops

ZEB is full – Once the battery reaches 100% charge, Boost Charge will stop to prevent overcharging.

High state of charge during discharge – If the ZEB’s state of charge exceeds 25 kWh while it is simultaneously discharging, Boost Charge will pause or stop to prioritise energy usage. To add more charge, you can stop the ZEB discharging via your heating controls.


This ensures the ZEB charges efficiently and avoids unnecessary energy consumption.
