Why didn’t Boost Charge work?

Boost Charge may not work for your ZEB in the following situations:

  • High state of charge – If the ZEB is already full, or if it’s above 62.5% (~25 kWh) and currently discharging, Boost Charge cannot be activated. This is to keep your system safe and working efficiently.
  • ZEB is offline – When your ZEB is not connected to the internet, Boost Charge can only be started manually using the boost button on the Comms Box (learn more about the Comms Box). The app cannot start Boost Charge when offline.
  • ZEB is powered off – If the ZEB is turned off, Boost Charge will not work from either the app or the Comms Box.
