What sort of remote monitoring and maintenance do you do?
We monitor every ZEB daily for connection losses, missing charging schedules, and any faults being reported. If we notice any of these, we either do remote fixes without informing you, or reach out if we require you to do something.
We also do regular monitoring on more rare issues and overall health issues to see if a more holistic approach is required to ensure your ZEB runs at its best.
