We continuously monitor every ZEB to identify any connection losses, missing charging schedules, or faults reported by the system. For many of these issues, we can perform remote fixes without requiring any action from you. In cases where your input or intervention is needed, we will reach out directly to guide you through the necessary steps.

In addition to daily monitoring, we carry out regular checks for less common issues and overall system health.
