What if I can't find my tariff on the tariff list?

If on the 'Energy Supplier' Screen yours isn't listed, you will need to set up a 'Custom tariff' so please select 'Other Supplier' to do this. 

To set up or update your tariff follow these steps: 

1. Open 'Settings' menu in the tepeo app

2. Select 'Tariff Settings' 

3. Input the 'Region' your supply is located in

4. If on the 'Energy Supplier' Screen yours isn't listed, you will need to set up a 'Custom tariff' so please select 'Other Supplier' to do this. (See below screen shot)
