# What if I can't find my tariff on the tariff list?

## If on the 'Energy Supplier' Screen yours isn't listed, you will need to set up a 'Custom tariff'.

To set up or update your tariff follow these steps: 

1\. Open 'Settings' menu in the tepeo app

2\. Select 'Tariff Settings' 

3\. Input the 'Region' your supply is located in

**4. If on the 'Energy Supplier' Screen yours isn't listed, you will need to set up a 'Custom tariff' so please select 'Other Supplier' to do this. (See below screen shot)**
