What happens if you press the boost button on the Comms Box more than once?

If you press the Boost button by mistake or more than once, learn how to check your ZEB’s status in the tepeo App or on the Comms Box.

If you press the boost button by mistake or more than once, you can check either the App or Comms Box to confirm the status of the boost.

Activating and Verifying Boost Charge

  • Activate Boost Charge: Press the boost button on the Comms Box once to start a 30-minute manual charge.

  • Deactivate Boost Charge: Press the boost button again at any time to stop the Boost Charge session before it completes.

  • Verify Boost Charge:

    • On the Comms Box, the Charging LED will light up while Boost Charge is active.

    • In the Tepeo App, the ZEB will appear as Charging on the home screen.

This process ensures you have full control over manual charging while keeping your ZEB’s status clear and easy to monitor.
