What tariff do you recommend?

We recommend using a time-of-use electricity tariff with one or more off-peak periods. These are widely available and often promoted for electric vehicle charging. Alternatively, a dynamic tariff can maximise the benefits of the ZEB’s flexible heat storage, enabling you to take advantage of periods of high renewable generation and, in some cases, negative pricing. The most cost-effective option for you will depend on your wider household electricity consumption.
