My ZEB ran out of charge - what can I do?

You can ‘Boost Charge’ your ZEB via the App or the Comms Box. If you are on a ‘Custom Charging’ schedule, review your schedule to ensure you have enough stored heat to last you throughout the day. If you are on ‘Smart’ or ‘Basic Charging’, your ZEB should start charging automatically if it notices you are below the necessary amount of stored heat for that day.
