You can Boost Charge your ZEB via the App or Comms Box. If you are on a Custom Charging schedule, check your settings to ensure you have enough stored heat for the day.
On Smart or Basic Charging, the ZEB should automatically start charging if your stored heat falls below the required level. If this does not happen, please contact our Support Team via the App or at www.tepeo.com/contact-us
