My ZEB is charging at peak times
Optimize ZEB charging with Smart, Basic, or Custom schedules
Smart or Basic Charging: Your ZEB may need to top up its charge periodically throughout the day. To reduce peak-time charging, follow the guidance in the “Optimising your heating system” and “Energy tips” sections of the Quick Start Guide, also available in the App FAQs.
Custom Charging: Check your schedule to ensure charging times don’t overlap with peak tariff periods.
