My ZEB hasn’t charged during the off-peak period overnight
Troubleshoot ZEB overnight charging by verifying Away Mode is not enabled.
With Smart and Basic Charging, the ZEB will skip charging during the main off-peak period if it already has enough heat for the next day. If it should have charged overnight but didn’t, first check if Away Mode is enabled; if so, select Enable Automatic Charging. You can also manually Boost your ZEB for 30 minutes via the Comms Box or App.
