My radiators are cold
Troubleshoot cold radiators by checking ZEB status
If your radiators are cold when you expect heating, first check if the ZEB is discharging heat by looking at the Comms Box (the ‘Discharging’ LED should be illuminated) or the tepeo App Home screen (the ZEB Status should show ‘Discharging’). Ensure your thermostat is turned up and the programmer is set to call for heat, and if your radiators have thermostatic valves (TRVs), make sure they are open.
If the demand light is on and issues persist, competent users may consider bleeding their radiators and checking their central heating system pressure is correct. If you're not sure then it is advisable to contact a qualified heating engineer or your installer before reaching out to tepeo.
