# Is it normal for my ZEB to make a noise whilst charging or discharging?

## Normal ZEB operation may produce noise. Contact tepeo Support if you hear unusual sounds.

It is normal for your ZEB to make some noise while charging or discharging. The sound level during discharging is approximately 58 dB, similar to a washing machine.

If you notice any unusual or abnormal noises, please contact our Support Team through the tepeo app or at **[www.tepeo.com/contact-us](https://www.tepeo.com/contact-us)**
