I have a service visit upcoming- do you need to do anything?

To ensure our service engineer has a safe environment to work in, it is important to turn the ZEB off a day earlier to ensure it has the chance to cool down before the visit. If you have any furniture or belongings surrounding the front panel of the ZEB, ensure these are removed so the engineer has easy access to the ZEB. Our Support Team will advise if you need to do anything in addition to the above.
