To ensure our service engineer can work safely and efficiently, it is important to turn off your ZEB at least one day before the scheduled visit. This allows the unit sufficient time to cool down, reducing the risk of burns or other hazards during inspection or maintenance.

Please clear the area around the ZEB’s front panel, including moving any furniture, belongings, or obstacles, so the engineer has unobstructed access to all controls and panels. This helps the engineer perform their work quickly and safely. Our Support Team will contact you to advise if any additional preparations are required for your specific visit, such as isolating power or checking for specific components.
