How to set Away Mode?

Manage Away Mode in the tepeo App to pause ZEB charging during absences, set a return date, and resume Smart, Custom, or Basic Charging easily.

Setting Away Mode

You can manage Away Mode through the Tepeo App:

  • Enable Away Mode:

    1. Select Away Mode from the app menu.

    2. Tap Enable Away Mode and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Edit or Disable Away Mode:

    • If Away Mode is already enabled, you can Edit Settings to adjust your return date.

    • To resume normal operation, select Disable Away Mode. This will reactivate your chosen ZEB charging schedule (Smart, Custom, or Basic Charging).

    • You can set a specific return date, and the ZEB will resume charging on that day.

    • If no date is set, you will need to manually disable Away Mode before you require heating or hot water.

      Return Date:Please note: Your ZEB will still do minimal charging for ’Frost Protection’, and will ‘Boost Charge’ if prompted.
