## How can I buy a ZEB?

You can buy a ZEB in two ways: directly through tepeo, or through a tepeoPRO installer. Both routes involve confirming your home is suitable before installation takes place.

 

- ### How do I buy a ZEB via tepeo?
  
  To buy through tepeo directly, follow these steps:
  
    1. Complete our **[ZEB Home Check](https://www.tepeo.com/homecheck/)** to find out if the ZEB is a good fit for your home.
    2. If it is, we'll set up a call to discuss a few more details and then arrange a home survey.
    3. Following the home survey, if your house is suitable, a tepeoPRO installer will provide you with a quote.
    4. Once you have approved the quote, your tepeoPRO will purchase the product from us on your behalf and install it for you.
- ### How do I buy a ZEB via a tepeoPRO installer?
  
  To buy through a tepeoPRO installer directly, follow these steps:
  
    1. Use our **[PROFinder tool](https://www.tepeo.com/find-an-installer/)** to find your nearest tepeoPRO installer.
    2. Discuss with the installer whether the ZEB is right for your home.
    3. Your tepeoPRO will arrange a home survey to confirm your property is suitable.
    4. Following the survey, your tepeoPRO installer will provide you with a quote.
    5. Once you have approved the quote, your tepeoPRO will purchase the product from us on your behalf and install it for you.
