How to check your tepeo app version and update to the latest release (Version: 12.6)

Keeping your tepeo app up to date ensures you get the latest features, performance improvements and security updates.

This article explains:

  • How to check which version of the tepeo app you’re currently using
  • How to update to the latest version on iOS and Android. 

How to check your current tepeo app version

In the tepeo app, your version number is shown at the bottom of the main menu.

  1. Open the tepeo app.
  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. The side menu will open, showing sections such as Settings, Support, and Privacy Policy.
  4. Scroll to the very bottom of this menu.
  5. Under PRODUCTION, you’ll see Version: X.Y – for example:
    • Version: 12.6 (14046406)

How to update the tepeo app to the latest version

On iPhone or iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right.
  3. Scroll down to the Available Updates section.
  4. If you see tepeo in the list, tap Update.
  5. When the update finishes, open the tepeo app and follow the steps in section 1 to confirm the new version number at the bottom of the menu.

To turn on automatic updates:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap App Store.
  3. Under Automatic Downloads, turn on App Updates.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right.
  3. Tap Manage apps & device.
  4. Under Updates available, look for tepeo.
  5. If tepeo is listed, tap Update.
  6. When the update finishes, open the tepeo app and follow the steps in section 1 to confirm the new version number at the bottom of the men

To turn on automatic updates for tepeo:

  1. In the Google Play Store, search for tepeo and open the app page.
  2. Tap the More (⋮) menu in the top-right (if available).
  3. Turn on Enable auto update.

If you don’t see an update

If you don’t see an update for tepeo in the App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
  • Pull down on the updates screen to refresh the list.
  • Check that you’re signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you originally used.
  • Ensure your device’s operating system is reasonably up to date, as very old OS versions may not support the latest app.
