How to switch 'Frost Protection' on and off
Control whether frost protection is on or off via the tepeo app.
How to Turn Frost Protection Off (and On):
1. Open the Tepeo App on your phone or tablet.
2. Select ZEB Settings from the menu.
3. Toggle Frost Protection to Disabled.
4. Select Confirm.
Version 12.6 of the Tepeo App is required for the 'Frost Protection' feature.
We recommend you keep 'Frost Protection' enabled year-round.
If you do disable Frost Protection during warmer months, when the risk of freezing is very low, make sure you turn it back on for winter. Disabling Frost Protection can put your home at risk of damage from frozen pipes.
