How is it different than a storage heater?

The ZEB uses electricity and stores it as energy, much like a storage heater. However unlike a storage heater, the ZEB has smart capabilities where it can predict how much to store based on the weather, your tariff and your predicted usage. It also allows you to store energy at the cheapest and greenest times to be used on demand when you need it. As such, it works as a direct replacement for your existing boiler.
