How do I get a monthly report on performance and energy use for my ZEB?

Discover how to enable automated monthly energy reports that give you detailed insights into electricity use, heat output, and energy storage from your ZEB Heat Battery Boiler.

Use this article to:

  • Understand the terms in your report: energy_in, energy_out, and core_soc
  • Enable or disable automated monthly performance reports sent directly to your email.

Monthly Reporting Overview

Your monthly ZEB report provides key insights into how your ZEB is performing, empowering you with new data and insight into your low-carbon home heating.

What’s included in my report?
 Every month you’ll receive a CSV file via email that shows:

  • energy_in: Electricity (Wh) used to charge your ZEB each half-hour
  • energy_out: Estimated heat (Wh) delivered during the same periods
  • core_soc: Remaining stored energy (Wh) at the end of each interval

Steps to enable monthly ZEB data reports:

  1. Open the tepeo app.

  2. Open the tepeo App menu (three lines icon at the top left of the screen).

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. Locate the Monthly ZEB data report toggle.

  5. Toggle the switch ON to receive monthly reports (or OFF if you wish to opt out).

Once toggled on, your performance report will be generated on the 1st of each month and emailed directly to the address linked to your tepeo account.
