      How do I change my charging settings?

      To make changes to your ZEB’s charging settings, select ‘Charging Settings’ in the main menu in the tepeo App and follow the steps.

      On installation, your ZEB is by default set to ‘Smart Charging’. When using ‘Smart Charging’, you can select your preference for cost or carbon in the App.

      Depending on your choice, follow the steps below to update your settings:

      1. To change from ‘Smart Charging’ to ‘Custom Charging’, choose ‘Disable Smart Charging’ and then ‘Enable Custom Charging’ where you can set your preferred custom parameters;
      2. To change from ‘Smart Charging’ to ‘Basic Charging’, choose ‘Disable Smart Charging’ which will then enable ‘Basic Charging’ automatically;
      3. To change from ‘Basic Charging’ to ‘Smart Charging’, choose ‘Enable Smart Charging’ button; 
      4. To change from ‘Custom Charging’ to ‘Smart Charging’, choose ‘Disable Custom Charging Scheduler’ then ‘Enable Smart Charging’;
      5. To change from ‘Basic Charging’ to ‘Custom Charging’, choose ‘Enable Custom Charging’ and add your preferred schedule.
