During the summer months, when heating is not needed, the best way to manage your ZEB is to set it to Away Mode. This prevents the ZEB from charging on its regular schedule while still allowing you to Boost Charge if needed and ensuring it can report any faults.
Make sure to also set your heating thermostat to summer mode so it does not request heat or turn the requested temperature down as low as possible if summer mode is not available on your thermostat.
