‘Fault indicator’ LED on your Comms Box

Check the ZEB Comms Box first for faults

Any faults with the ZEB are displayed on the Comms Box, making it the first place to check if you notice issues. Common problems can be addressed as follows:

  1. ‘Power’ LED not illuminated - this means there is no power going to the ZEB;
    1. Check if the rest of your home has power;
    2. If there is power in the house, but none flowing to the ZEB then you can restart your ZEB
    3. If the problem persists, contact our Support Team on www.tepeo.com/contact-us
  2. If the "Connection" LED is not illuminated, the ZEB is not connected to the internet. Follow the connectivity troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
  3. If the "Fault indicator" LED is flashing, something is preventing the ZEB from charging or discharging. Restart your ZEB, and if the issue persists, contact our Support Team at www.tepeo.com/contact-us
