Can the ZEB go in my garage or conservatory?

Yes; however, the ZEB does release a small amount of heat into the surrounding area. If it is installed outside the home’s main heated space (the heating envelope), this heat will not contribute to warming your living areas and will instead warm the space where it is located (for example, a garage). 

The ZEB’s heat loss rate is approximately 280W at 50% state of charge; however, the actual impact on your energy use and running costs will depend largely on how you operate your heating system and the electricity tariff you are on.
